What are your buildings made of?

How secure is your framing?
Regardless of wind and snow load requirements, Perka offers steel web truss and
plate frame options. Perka uses tek screws and bolts to fasten steel frames to wood
purlins and girts. This secure connection offers the best solution to excess snow
and ice levels, or wind up-lifts that can cause a building to stretch and twist. In
addition, Perka offers a leak proof solution over an all steel building structure using
bolts.

Are the buildings insulated?
We offer our own insulation solution called P2000. It's new and revolutionary. But
you can use any type of insulation with our buildings. Our sales and service team
can further assist you in determining what insulation type best suits your steel building needs.

How long does it take to get my building delivered to me?
Typically 3 to 5 weeks. 1 to 2 weeks for anchor bolt layout and Engineer stamped drawings.

Can I put doors and windows on my steel building?
